Quick Weight Loss Help:My HCG Diet Continues…

Day 7 of the HCG diet and I’m still here and still kickin’. I’m fully surviving the 500 calorie limitation. And I’m surviving it happily. I lost 6 pounds already so I was already within the HCG weight loss system averages of 1 to 2 pounds per day.

Day 7 of the HCG diet and I’m still here and still kickin’. I’m fully surviving the 500 calorie limitation. And I’m surviving it happily. I lost 6 pounds already so I was already within the HCG weight loss system averages of 1 to 2 pounds per day.

When I weighed myself on Day 7 I’d lost 2 more pounds. Wahoo! That was pretty exciting because yesterday I went up one. So it was extra exciting to see myself drop a bit more. I’m currently at 162 pounds. And that leaves me at an official pound a day average for my first week.

I took the HCG and my B-Total that came with my HCG weightloss system first thing after I weighed myself. (I’ve been keeping my scale right underneath my bed because my 9 year old daughter started to get obsessed with weighing herself throughout the day. I didn’t like her sweet little self to worry about her weight so I hid the scale). I’m not sure if that was a logical reaction or not, but it just seemed like she SO didn’t need to worry about it; especially since she’s an adorable, skinny little thing.

But even though the original reason for putting the scale under the bed had nothing to do with convenience…I really like it. I pull it out and weigh myself in the morning and then I put it away until the next day. I’m kind of impressed that I’ve remembered to weigh myself everyday so far. Routine isn’t typically my cup of tea. I’m more of a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl.

I took my HCG again around 11 and then had lunch. Today I made the Turkey burgers that are in the cookbook. It’s basically ground turkey and green onions with lettuce as a bun. And you’re probably getting tired of hearing it, but it was so good! It might be my favorite of the recipes so far. With that I had half a grapefruit. I have Stevia to use for sweetener, but it happened to be sweet enough on its own. If I get the pink ones I don’t always need to add something to make it sweet enough to eat.

I remembered to take my HCG before I started dinner. I had the last of my leftover chili with some crackers and an apple. I made the kids something else and it was kind of funny because they both wanted my chili. I, of course, would only share a bite because I couldn’t have anything else. So I’ll have to make it again next week and make enough for them to have some, too. Apparently that’s going to be a new family staple.
