Fast weight loss should not be promoted, but there is no reason why you cant aim to have noticeable results as soon as possible – this way you are more likely to carry on with your plan as it is an immense psychological boost – trust me i’ve been there.
If you keep a note of your goals you always have some to focus on. You target weight should of course be sensible, and if you need to know your target weight range you can look at the BMI index for starters. Please bear in mind that this isnt suitable for everyone as our bodies are different.
A food diary is an immense tool to have. The only rule is that you must put down everything you eat and drink – if you leave something off, then it can make a huge difference to results at the end of the week.
